小吳之家 Wooster Team is a realty group led by George Wu in Portland, Oregon, U.S., who had experience in the realty industry for decades and mainly target local ethnic Chinese groups. The business of Wooster Team covered a wide scope of real estate from residential to investment. 
In the year 2020, George founded his own realty company, Wooster Realty. As a group directly managed by the lead himself, Wooster Team needed an eye-catching makeover.
Remaining young, bold, ambitious, George is a pioneer who never stops creating opportunities and being helpful to people, and these have been the keys to him expanding his reputation and business among the local Chinese ethnic. As a group genuinely ‘raised’ by George, we took the challenge to incorporate his personality and how he behaves into the new identity, but leave a space for the sense of belongings of his team members in there.

Logo Exploration

The new mark contains the Chinese name ‘小吳之家’ that has been known for years by the community, the English name ‘Wooster Team’, and an icon in form of a house to clarify the realty industry as needed. The 4 Chinese characters are layout in a way related to the traditional Chinese name seals. The house shape comes from the negative space of these characters. 
Colour palette and the rest of visual elements created are bold, trendy and fashionable enough to stand out from its peers by a random roadside.
